You will be able to search Web of Science when accessing EndNote on a computer connected directly to the UCL network, UCL's VPN or Anywhere, but not directly from your own home personal computer. You should always be able to search PubMed, Jisc Library Hub and other library catalogues, as they are freely available resources. Please note, many of the resources available to search from within EndNote require authentication, which is not possible to set up via UCL's authentication routes.
